For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Brandon Parrish and Sabrina Parrish ; his wife dated May 7, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Howell County, Missouri as Document Number: 2007R2952 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 11:55 AM), at the East Front Door of the Court House, City of West Plains, County of Howell, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Howell County,
State of Missouri, to wit:

A PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 25 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NE 1/4, THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE THEREOF 760 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE WEST 466 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 466 FEET, THENCE EAST 466 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID NE 1/4, AND THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID EAST LINE 466 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, IN HOWELL COUNTY, MISSOURI. THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN BRACKETS HAS BEEN ADDED TO MORE ACCURATELY REFLECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION to satisfy said debt and cost.
