NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

For default in payment of the debt secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Terry Wright, an unmarried man dated April 17, 2012, and recorded on April 18, 2012, in the office of the recorder of deeds for Howell County, Missouri, No. 2012R1686, the undersigned trustee will, at the request of the holder of said indebtedness, sell the property below described at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, at the Howell County Courthouse, located at 35 Court Square #200, West Plains, Missouri, on Thursday, December 12, 2024, between the hours of 9 o'clock A.M. and 5 o'clock P.M. and more particularly at 10:00 AM, for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust:
