David Paul Evans, West Plains, was honored for his contributions as a Missouri state legislator in improving the effective administration of justice in Missouri. At the joint conference, Missouri Supreme Court Chief Justice Paul Wilson presented Representative Evans the Chief Justice Legislative Award.   more
