Cody A. Hopkins, 32, West Plains, is held on $100,000 bond and faces eight felony charges after allegedly firing a rifle at a vehicle occupied by his two children, hitting and deflating a rear tire with a bullet. The incident reportedly happened during a domestic altercation between Hopkins and the children’s mother, an ex-girlfriend.
