June 10 (6-7 p.m.) “Slavery in Northern Arkansas: A Forgotten History” presentation by historian & researcher Vincent S. Anderson, Ozarks Heritage Research Center, Garnett Library.

Now through June 27 (weekdays, 9 a.m-6 p.m. & Saturdays, 9 a.m-1 p.m.) Art at the Library, Honest Imagination participants, West Plains Public Library, 705 Broadway, in partnership with WPCA.

June 3-7, Heart of the Ozarks Fair, which includes fine arts and photography shows among other exhibits. For information about entering, check the heartoftheozarksfair.net website. (The 2025 fair book is not available at time of this writing, but the guidelines typically do not change from year to year, including that entry dates have historically been Sunday and Monday of fair week.)

June 5-7, Heart of the Ozarks Bluegrass Association (HOBA) Spring Bluegrass Festival, HOBA Park, 1138 Bluegrass Lane.
