The Howell County Commission will meet with representatives of Arlee Home Fashions and Howell Oregon Electric Cooperative during today’s regular session, which will take place in the Commission Room on the second floor of the county office building, 35 Court Square.
The first of those meetings is set for 9 a.m., when commissioners will meet with representatives of Arlee. Following that at 10:30 a.m., the commission will meet with Myles Smith, of Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative, and representatives of Wisper Internet to discuss internet.
At 11 a.m., Emergency Management Director Mike Coldiron will meet with the commission for a grant application conference.
Other items on the agenda include the possible appointment of a member to the Howell County Health Department Board of Directors, review of the May general ledger, consideration and awarding of American Rescue Plan Act fund requests, approval of accounts payable and recognition of guests.
The commission typically convenes at 10 a.m. each Monday and Thursday. The public is welcome.
