’Tis the season for all things sweet and festive as the holidays have begun! It's also the baking season for me, nothing is more comforting than homemade treats also known as cookie season. Every year I like to try a new cookie, nothing wrong with the annuals but the taste buds crave other flavors and I like to try new recipes. While chocolate will remain the top pick, fruity flavors tucked in a shortbread cookie is a bite from heaven. Pairing cranberry and orange just seems right for the holidays so this recipe is perfect for snacking or gift-giving just don't keep it hidden for the holidays, this can be made year-round. Cookies are perfect little samples of love, tis the season.
