Marty Sellars, CEO of FNBC based in Ash Flat, Ark., announced the promotion of Rebekah Guiltner to senior vice president, director of risk management and audit, effective Nov. 1. Guiltner, who most recently served as senior vice president, internal audit, will join FNBC’s executive committee in her expanded role.
