The Ozarks Healthcare Foundation is holding its annual Fall Mum Sale, now open to the community. Mums are available for $20 each outside the foundation office at 12 Parkway Center in West Plains.
Proceeds from the sale directly support the foundation’s mission to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare to the local community, said officials. All standard payments are accepted, including payroll deduction for OZH employees.

This is the final weekend to see the comedic mystery “Baskerville” at The Avenue Theatre. Performances will be given at 7 p.m. today and 3 p.m. Sunday
The show is described as a fast-paced take on the classic Sherlock Holmes story, featuring five actors playing 42 different characters. Tickets for the final performances can be purchased online at Artsontheavenue.com.
Volunteers are needed for workdays Friday and Oct. 4 at Hammond Mill Camp in the Mark Twain National Forest. Work is scheduled from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Lunch will be provided for volunteers on Saturday. Projects will include cleaning, power washing, raking and painting.
