The West Plains Senior Center recently applied for and received a grant from Ozarks Food Harvest that allowed the facility to purchase a new KitchenAid Mixer. “The kitchen staff is in love with their new KitchenAid mixer,” said center Administrator Joy Hays-Pace. “They can now produce many more items for the kitchen and streamline the process!” The center, 416 E. Main St., serves lunch from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. weekdays. A suggested donation of $3.50 is asked of diners 60 and older, and $7 for younger patrons.
