Ground was broken Thursday for Reflection Plaza on the historic grounds of Lincoln School, beginning a project that will culminate with a dedication planned in conjunction with the 71st anniversary of the historic Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court decision to end racial segregation in U.S. schools.
