Howell County sees sharp rise in COVID-19 cases

Howell County Health Department reports an additional 45 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. In the month of July, 188 cases have been added to the county’s total. This sharp rise has caused tremendous concern from both citizens and the healthcare community.
This brings the to date total number of cases to 4,137.  Of the new cases 27 live in West Plains, five live in Mountain View, eight live in Willow Springs, two live in Caulfield, and three live in Pomona. There have been 21,493 tested to date.
