Singers for Jessica's Friends for the 37th annual Cystic Fibrosis Concert, featuring Rodney Atkins, will have their first practice at 2 p.m. Sunday at West Plains Elementary School, 1136 Allen St.
Keeping with tradition, Jessica's Friends is a significant part of the concert each year, giving children and teens the opportunity to take part in the fun of being in the opening act for a nationally-recognized performer.
As always, all are welcome to come and join the fun. Additional practices will be held at 2 p.m. March 2 and 9 at the school, and 6 p.m. March 14 at the West Plains Civic Center, 110 St. Louis St., under the direction of Diane Reed. The concert will be March 15 at the West Plains Civic Center.

Tickets to the concert are on sale now at K-Kountry 95, all area banks, the West Plains Civic Center, West Plains Music, West Plains Savings & Loan, Walmart, First National Bank and Liberty Bank in Mtn. View, Regina Voyles in Winona, First National Bank in Willow Springs, and from Sara Honeycutt in Cabool. To charge tickets by phone call 417-256-8123. Tickets are $30 for adults in advance or $40 at the door, and $5 for children age 12 and younger, whether bought in advance or at the door.
