Damian P. Henry, 23, of West Plains, has been acquitted of murder after a jury found he acted in the defense of his friend, resulting in a man’s death, on April 5, 2022, at the Snappy Mart located at the junction of Highway 14 and U.S. 63. The deceased was James Vineyard, 34, also of West Plains.
