On Tuesday, the city of West Plains said that the Kentucky Avenue closure will not begin until next week due to weather.
Kentucky Avenue will be closed at Fifth Street during construction.
Here is the detour route when navigating near the Ozarks Healthcare coming from the south:
— Broadway to Utah Avenue.
— Utah Avenue to Sixth Street.
— Sixth Street to hospital.
According to the city, Kentucky Avenue will still provide access to Burton Creek and West Vue Apartment Complex.
