MoDOT to seal-coat 3 area roads

Posted

From 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, OO Highway about three miles east of Caulfield will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews seal-coat the roadway.

This section of roadway is located from U.S. Route 160 to the end of state maintenance.

Work will be done, weather permitting, on the stretch of road from U.S. 160 to the end of state maintenance.

A portion of JJ Highway in Howell County will also be reduced to one lane during the same time frame for seal-coating.

MoDOT crews will do the maintenance from Highway 142 to the Arkansas state line.

Flaggers will be present to guide motorists through both work zones, which will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the areas.

From 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 27, MoDOT workers will seal-coat JJ Highway in Oregon County, about 13 miles east of West Plains on U.S. 160.

The road will be reduced to one lane for the procedure, which will begin at U.S. 160 and continue to the end of state maintenance.
