Volunteers with the Samaritan’s Purse project, Operation Christmas Child, are getting ready for National Collection Week, scheduled for Nov. 18 through 25. Through the week, area residents can drop off gift-filled shoeboxes at more than a dozen locations in south-central Missouri and northern Arkansas.
