Ethan Brown, 21, Theodosia, is charged with second-degree attempted sexual trafficking of a child younger than 18 and first-degree harassment, both felonies, after he allegedly approached a group of minors at a Bull Shoals Lake marina and requested nude photos and phone numbers, then threatened to rape a girl if she didn't do as he asked.
