The West Plains Daily Quill recently sold pink ribbon advertisements as a fundraising effort for the Ozarks Healthcare and Lady Zizzer Basketball Pink Out Game, an annual event that raises money for breast cancer research. This year’s game was held Feb. 6. The Quill sold 41 ads and donated $5 per ad from the proceeds, for a total of $205.
