Reader Veronica Aichele writes, “We would like to recognize a very special lady named Ruth Stevens. She lives in Thayer and comes to West Plains often to support her grandchildren who live in West Plains. She attends a plethora of ball games, volunteers in several community service organizations, and is a part of the Grandparents Club at the kids’ school.
