The Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce is looking for businesses, civic organizations, service organizations, churches, schools, veterans and community members to participate in the annual Fourth of July Parade.
Those who want to portray a historical character can contact Jane Bailey at 417-469-2588. Costumes will be provided to those who need one.
The chamber anticipates that the annual parade will be one of the largest parades in south-central Missouri.
The parade will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, July 4, in downtown Willow Springs.
A patriotic program at the Star Theatre, located at 205 E. Main St., will immediately follow the parade.
The chamber invites residents to show their red, white and blue colors by participating in both events.
