Each year in July, high school students from across Missouri converge on Jefferson City to learn first-hand what it is like to be involved in politics, the cooperative form of business and being a leader. The Cooperative Youth Conference and Leadership Experience (CYCLE) is a four-day, fun-filled opportunity for high school juniors (would-be seniors) to grow their leadership abilities.
