Ozarks Healthcare will launch its 2026 Community Brand Assessment during the first week of November, inviting residents within the health system’s service area to share their perspectives on local health care and Ozarks Healthcare’s role in the community.
The assessment will examine awareness of Ozarks Healthcare services, community perceptions, reputation and the factors that influence residents’ health care choices. It was last conducted in 2017 and will also look at how community expectations and perceptions may have changed over time.
“Listening to our community is essential to understanding how we can continue to grow and meet the needs of the people we serve,” said Terence Farrell, Ozarks Healthcare president and CEO. “This assessment gives residents an opportunity to share their perspectives and help us better understand what matters most to them when it comes to health care.”
Feedback gathered through the assessment will be used to help inform future marketing initiatives, strategic priorities and investments in programs and services.
Ozarks Healthcare is partnering with VVV Consultants of Olathe, Kan., to conduct the assessment. Beginning the first week of November, randomly selected residents may receive a paper survey by mail, a postcard with a QR code linking to the survey or an email invitation to participate.
Responses will be kept confidential and used to help Ozarks Healthcare better understand community perspectives.
Residents across the Ozarks Healthcare service area are encouraged to watch for survey information in November and participate if selected.
