Eagles’ Wings Ministries celebrated its 10th anniversary with a ribbon cutting in front of its vacation cottage at 609 Garrett St. in West Plains. Founders Jill and Phil Pietroburgo, center, hold the scissors, joined by ministry team members, supporters from the community and members of the chamber, including ambassadors Jeromy Beasley, left, and Judy Ingalsbe, holding the ribbon. Eagles’ Wings Cottage provides a retreat for pastors and missionaries and is also available as a vacation rental, with proceeds helping support reduced-rate ministry stays through its “A Stay with a Purpose” mission.
