An Ava resident described as a predatory sexual offender in court documents seeking charges, is facing 29 felonies including five counts each of first-degree child molestation, statutory sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse as an aggravated sexual offense, abuse of a child less than 14 years old including sexual abuse and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, creating a substantial risk, first offense with sexual conduct; plus three counts each of incest and one count of failure to register as a sex offender.
