The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has announced the recipients of its 2025-26 NABC Honors Court, recognizing men's college basketball players for their achievements in the classroom.

Missouri State University senior Michael Osei-Bonsu, a psychology major from Bolingbrook, Ill., was named to the 2025-26 Honors Court. The list includes junior, senior and graduate student athletes who finished the academic year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

On the court, Osei-Bonsu earned third-team All-Conference USA and Conference USA All-Tournament Team honors during his senior campaign. Playing under head coach Cuonzo Martin, Osei-Bonsu averaged 15.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game while posting six double-doubles.

He shot a league-best 59% from the field, a mark that ranked 26th nationally. He also finished ninth in the conference in points per game and eighth in total rebounds per game. He scored 20 or more points in 12 games and reached double figures 24 times in 31 appearances, all of which were starts.

During his two-year stint in Springfield, Osei-Bonsu compiled 826 points. That total stands as the 10th-best career mark for a two-year player in program history and the 46th-best scoring total by any Bear.

The NABC's academic awards are presented annually to teams and athletes across all levels of college basketball. For the 2025-26 season, more than 2,300 players earned spots on the Honors Court and more than 400 programs received NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards.
