Newly opened antique vendor The Bougie Beagle stands overflowing with more than 30 attendees during a ribbon-cutting ceremony held Aug. 28. The shop is located at 530 E Main St., West Plains, and is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.Tuesdays through Saturdays.
