A woman from Calico Rock, Ark., succumbed to fatal injuries caused by a crash at 3:39 p.m. April 15 on Highway 177 in Pineville, Izard Co., Ark., the Arkansas State Police reported.
Virginia Lee Post, 75, was driving a northbound 1999 Plymouth Voyager that traveled off an embankment and overturned, throwing her from the vehicle, according to Cpl. Blake Johnson with Troop I of the state police in Harrison. The report makes no mention of whether she was wearing a seat belt.
