Posted

The Christos House Chocolate Festival will have a return to form this year, festival organizers announce.

Chocolate lovers will be able to enjoy a wide selection of tasty treats from professional and amateur chocolatiers alike. This year’s festival will be held from noon to 4 p.m. June 15 at the First United Methodist Church, 503 W. Main St. in West Plains. A silent auction will be held during the event as well as a live auction at 1 p.m.

Tickets for adults are $10 each, and children age 10 and under can get in for free with adult supervision. The entry fee includes 20 tasting tickets that attendees can use to sample any of the available chocolate treats. Additional tickets can be purchased for $1 each, or six tickets for $5.

“We are looking forward to having a fun chocolate festival for all ages,” said Executive Director Kelli Neel. “We always appreciate the support from our community in helping us continue and grow our mission.”

All funds raised will go to support the Christos House Domestic and Sexual Violence Shelter and the Christos House Outreach program. Christos House serves and supports domestic and sexual violence victims and their families in Carter, Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Texas, and Wright counties.
