The Howell County Commission has two meetings scheduled during its next regular session, which convenes at 10 a.m. Monday in the Commission Room on the second floor of the county office building, 35 Court Square.
The first of those meetings is set for 10:30 a.m., when commissioners will meet with Myles Smith, of Howell-Oregon Electric Co-op, and representatives of LTD Broadband to discuss internet. Following that, at 11, the commission will meet with a representative of the sheriff’s office for a grant application conference.
Other items on the agenda include the possible appointment of a member to the Howell County Health Department Board of Directors, consideration and awarding of American Rescue Plan Act fund requests, approval of accounts payable and recognition of guests.
The commission typically meets each Monday and Thursday. The public is welcome.
