Howell County Road & Bridge crews will begin work Monday morning to replace a two-lane bridge on County Road 2570 just outside of West Plains.
Southern Commissioner Billy Sexton said first steps will be taken in the project starting at about 8 a.m. Monday and is expected to last just a couple of hours.
The road, which is just off North Allen street near the West Plains Schools campus, will be closed down for the duration and drivers should find an alternate route.
