The Dora Back-to-School Fair will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday in the Dora School cafeteria.
Available to students at the event will be free clothes, shoes, backpacks, hygiene kits and haircuts, said organizers. All necessary school supplies for students in preschool through eighth grade will be provided directly to the school again this year, courtesy of Back to School Basics, said organizers, adding paper, pens and pencils will be donated to the high school classrooms.
Anyway who would like to donate gently used clothing for the fair can call Teri, 417-712-1027, or Shanna, 417-293-7471. Tax-deductible monetary donations may also be made to Back to School Basics, a nonprofit organization.
