What do you get a foodie who has almost everything? An outside pizza oven! That was our gift to ourselves for our 30th wedding anniversary that we celebrated last week. I've been wanting one for some time now, even considering building one but that's still on the to do list, so when I saw a free standing pizza oven on wheels, I hit the add to cart button and happy anniversary to us! Next came an easy, and quick pizza dough recipe, one where I could make several ahead of time and freeze for a gathering later. I found this one that I'll try first, just one bowl is needed and no fancy tools are required. This recipe can be used in your kitchen oven also. I'm looking forward to many pizza parties outside! We can also cook, bake and even make bread in this oven, as with most pizza ovens. So, if you've been wanting to add one to your deck or patio, go for it!
