It's mid-September foodies, fall is here. Each year, there is a debate online and off that pumpkin spice is overrated, and for those who don't care for pumpkin, I'm sure this is true. Apple is a close second on the fall favorite polls but what if you both are your favorites? Then, I have a recipe for you this week that solves that little problem, let's combine the two flavors. The first fall baking in my kitchen is always pumpkin bread, I make it often and gift it too, so I'll try this version soon. If you love pumpkin bread and apples, this recipe is a keeper and pleases the polls with a tie for the best fall flavors. This bread will be moist and spicy with warm hints of apples, so keep it in an air-tight container. Savor this foodie's favorite season with a classic twist on an old favorite, no matter what team you are on. Enjoy!
