Four hurt in crash south of WP

Four people suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle collision at 2 p.m. Monday on South U.S. 63, 2 miles south of West Plains, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Tpr. J.D. Healy, with Troop G of the patrol, Willow Springs, reported a southbound 2015 Mazda CX-5 driven by a 46-year-old West Plains woman was making a left turn from the right lane when it crossed into the left lane and struck a southbound 2020 Chevrolet Blazer driven by a 25-year-old woman from Mammoth Spring, Ark.

Both drivers and two passengers in the Chevrolet, a 3-year-old boy from Mammoth Spring and a 10-year-old girl from Thayer, were taken for medical treatment, though the report does not indicate the hospital destination.

All occupants were wearing seat belts, the report shows.

 

 

2 from Mtn. View hurt in Monday collision

 

A crash resulted in injuries to two Mtn. View residents at 11:42 a.m. Monday on County Road 2980, 6 miles west of Mtn. View.

Tpr. J.S. Cunningham reported a southbound 2015 Dodge Caravan driven by a 34-year-old Mtn. View woman crossed into the northbound lane and struck a northbound 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 driven by a 26-year-old Salem man.

The driver of the Caravan suffered moderate injuries and was taken by private vehicle for medical treatment, the report shows.Her passenger, a 39-year-old Mtn. View man, suffered minor injuries and was taken by Mercy Ambulance for treatment. No injuries were reported for the driver of the Dodge Ram.

Both drivers and the injured passenger were wearing seat belts.

 

 

Mtn. Home woman injured in Ozark Co. rollover

 

A 35-year-old Mtn. Home, Ark., woman suffered minor injuries in a rollover crash at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 101, 2 miles south of Bakersfield in Ozark County.

Tpr. R.W. Wylie reported a northbound 2010 Ford Explorer driven by the woman ran off the left side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned.

The driver reportedly suffered minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to Baxter Health in Mtn. Home, for treatment.

The driver was wearing a seat belt and was taken by ambulance to Baxter Health in Mtn. Home for treatment, the report shows.
