Hart Family Eyecare celebrated the grand opening of its new location at 1410 Doctors Drive in West Plains with a reception, open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony March 10. Owned by Dr. Julie Hart, the practice has been in business since 2008 and welcomed Dr. Kendra Olivera to the staff last year. Services include eye examinations, eyeglass and contact lens fittings, and evaluations and referrals for LASIK and cataract surgeries.
