History of Richards House topic of Nov. 3 Friends of the Garnett Library meeting

The history of the Richards House at Missouri State University-West Plains will be the topic of the Friends of the Garnett Library luncheon and meeting at noon Nov. 3 in rooms 104 and 105 of the Lybyer Technology Center on the MSU-WP campus.

Rachel Peterson, MSU-WP director of development and annual giving, will discuss the history of the former home on Harlin Drive, which now houses university advancement. A tour of the Richards House will follow the presentation. 

Parking will be available in the lot on the north side of the building off Cass Avenue.

Cost of the lunch is $10, payable at the door. Those wishing to eat should make a reservation by calling 417-255-7940 or emailing FriendsofGarnettLibrary@MissouriState.edu. All are welcome.
