Home Sweet Homemaker receives microloan with OzSBI assistance
Jenny Raith, center, is the recipient of a $75,000 microloan through Justine Petersen, a financial organization, with assistance from the Ozarks Small Business Incubator to start The Cozy Collective, a private online community for women focused on homemaking, creativity and personal development. Raith has more than 28 years of homemaking experience and plans to share information from the perspective of an empty nester. The online community will focus on helping participants create homes that reflect their priorities and personal style. Microloans may be used as direct loans, seed capital or gap financing combined with other lending. Applicants are evaluated based on factors including financial projections and collateral. Credit counseling and credit-building loan products also may be available. More information about The Cozy Collective is available on the Home Sweet Homemaker Facebook page or at homesweethomemaker.com/the-cozy-collective-waitlist. For more information about the Justine Petersen microloan program, call 417-256-9724 or visit ozsbi.com/microloans.
