Howell County Commissioners are in session today, having convened at 10 a.m. in the conference room on the second floor of the county office building, 35 Court Square.
At 11 a.m., commissioners are expected to review and consider bids for a vehicle for the Howell County Sheriff’s Office. A public hearing will be held at 1 p.m. before the commission, for final approval of the 2024 county budget.
Commissioners will also meet at noon Tuesday in the same location to approve payroll.
During both sessions, accounts payable presented to commissioners will be approved and any guests in attendance will be recognized.
The commission typically meets each Monday and Thursday. The public is welcome.
