Nathaniel Isaac Cash, 30, was arrested May 3 on four counts of a charge of statutory sodomy or attempt, deviate sexual intercourse, victim younger than 12. He was held on $250,000 bond. Deputy James Wardrip.

Jason Ray Ledbetter, 47, was arrested May 3 two warrants for failure to appear, one on a misdemeanor charge and the other on a felony charge, plus a probation violation warrant and a charge of nonpayment of support in excess of 12 monthly payments due. Rocky Lynn Stark, 56, was arrested May 3 on a Shannon County warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and released the same day on $2,000 bond.

Jamie Lee Adams, 45, was arrested Sunday on a charge of third-degree domestic assault and released the same day on $5,000 bond. Deputy Malone.
At 10:41 p.m. April 29, Deputy Koleman McDaniel was dispatched to County Road 8970 for a call from a person who said someone in their yard was yelling to call 911. A report was completed and the case logged as fourth-degree domestic assault.
Cpl. Rick Fox responded at 11:20 a.m. April 30 to County Road 6650 for an unresponsive man. It was determined the man was deceased and no foul play is suspected.
At 10:28 p.m. April 30, Deputy Malone stopped a vehicle traveling north on U.S. 63 in West Plains. A driver was taken into custody on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended.
Sgt. Smith took a call at 11:18 a.m. May 1 regarding a runaway youth on VV Highway in Brandsville. The child was located and the case is closed.
At 6:23 p.m. May 1, deputies traveled to a home off of County Road 5090 in Pomona to serve an arrest warrant on a man there. The man was wanted on Howell County warrants charging him with possession of a controlled substance and failure to register as a sex offender. When deputies attempted to find him, they found he had barricaded himself inside and would not comply with commands. The S.W.A.T team was called in and used less-lethal measures to try to get his cooperation, eventually forcing entry into the home and finding the man locked inside a furnace room and taking him into custody. While he was being arrested, a substance suspected to be meth was reportedly found in his possession. Sgt. Smith.
Deputy Melanie Roam received a report of tampering at 8:50 a.m. May 2. The reporting party wanted to file a report but did not want to pursue formal charges, so a report was taken for documentation.
At 10 a.m. May 3, Deputy Jacob Hamby was dispatched to KK Highway on Pottersville to assist Children’s Division employees. He spoke to the homeowners/suspects and took information for a report. The case is under investigation.
Deputy Austin Ryan was notified at 10:04 a.m. May 3 of a vehicle theft near Hutton Valley. He spoke to the victim who said the vehicle was stolen, crushed and is at a scrap yard in Mtn. View. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.
At 2:28 p.m. May 3, Sgt. Smith responded to a trespassing call on Lanton Road in West Plains. A report was taken and formal charges are pending.
Deputy Hunter Ward was notified at 9:16 p.m. May 3 of a reported verbal domestic disturbance on County 5390. Both parties agreed to separate for the night and expressed intentions to pursue civil remedies.
At 10:35 p.m. May 3, Deputy Wardrip stopped a blue Dodge truck on County Road 2023 in Willow Springs. The truck was towing a trailer with a nonworking brake light. A person was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold for charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of paraphernalia. A probable cause statement will be forwarded to prosecutors.
Deputy McDaniel was dispatched at 8:27 a.m. Sunday to County Road 911 after a man called to report his mother had died that morning. The remains were taken to Robertson-Drago and an information report was filed.
