A West Plains man has been charged with the felonies of first-degree robbery, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon by exhibiting it, the charges filed after an alleged incident Thursday afternoon at the gas station and convenience store at the Snappy Mart at 502 Porter Wagoner Blvd.
