Blake Osgood, 38, West Plains, has been charged with making a terroristic threat in the first degree, a class D felony, and resisting or interfering with arrest for a felony, a class E felony, after reportedly threatening his ex-wife, plus judges and attorneys, and trying to take his children from his ex-wife in defiance of a custody order.
