Members of the Ozark Spring chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and Josiah Howell chapter of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) recently met with West Plains Mayor Mike Topliff to witness his signing of two proclamations declaring the week of Sept. 17 through 23 to be Constitution Week.
