Jessica Carey, 48, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 1:40 a.m. March 15 on a charge of trespassing.

Anthony Phillips, 34, Peace Valley, was ticketed at 10:55 a.m. March 15 on a charge of trespassing.

Levi Hood, 24, Winona, was ticketed at 9:05 p.m. March 15 on a charge of failure to display state plates. Officer Alexis Johnson.

Timothy Quinn, 41, Eminence, was ticketed at 9:57 p.m. March 16 on a seat belt violation charge. Officer Johnson.

Christopher Ellett, 42, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 11:50 p.m. March 16 on charges of driving without a license, ATV violations and failure to register a vehicle.

A 17-year-old driver from Mtn. View whose identity is not public information because law enforcement does not name minors was ticketed at 11:35 p.m. March 17 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Kris Reinholdt.

James Randolph, 18, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 11:53 p.m. March 17 on a charge of having expired plates. Officer Johnson.

Deanna Stallsworth, 41, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 5:39 p.m. March 18 on a charge of failure to display state plates.

Amber Bradshaw, 37, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 6:07 p.m. March 18 on a seat belt violation charge. Cpl. Israel Guidry.

Stephanie Coen, 27, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 10:48 p.m. March 18 on a charge of failure to obey a stop sign. Cpl. Guidry.

Brain Hamm, 49, San Antonio, Texas, was ticketed at 12:41 p.m. March 19 on a charge of speeding by 20-25 mph over. Officer Reinholdt.

Kimberly Henry, 53, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 5:52 p.m. March 20 on a seat belt violation charge. Cpl. Guidry.

Marcus Antrim, 23, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 8:35 p.m. March 20 on a seat belt violation charge. Cpl. Guidry.

Judith Mohesky, 77, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 9:56 p.m. March 20 on a charge of failure to use turn signal. Cpl. Guidry.

Samantha Young, 30, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 10:36 p.m. March 20 on charges of failure to register a vehicle, failure to use headlights and a seat belt violation.

Midnight Andrews, 30, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 10:49 p.m. March 20 on a seat belt violation charge.

Bayli Howard, 29, Archer, Fla., was ticketed at 12:12 a.m. March 21 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over.

Bobby Labbee, 47, Willow Springs, was ticketed at 12:58 p.m. March 21 on a charge of failure to display state plates.

Stacy Ringel, 34, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 5:46 p.m. March 21 on a charge of failure to display state plates.

Steven Gaw, 36, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 5:54 p.m. March 21 on a seat belt violation charge.

Karen Gaddy, 68, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 7:13 p.m. March 21 on a seat belt violation charge.

Kristina Killion, 28, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 8:45 p.m. March 21 on a charge of driving while suspended.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

Assistant Chief Stetson Schwien was dispatched on March 15 to East Third Street for a trespassing complaint. The reporting party was given a form to complete. The officer tried to find the person accused but was not successful.

On March 15, Officer First Class Kylie McGee spoke with the manager of Walgreens who reported a man was screaming inside the store and asked that the man be trespassed from the premises. The man was told not to go back to the store.

Officer First Class McGee received a call on March 15 that a man whose driving privileges are revoked was trying to drive with his children at the soccer field, but she responded, the man was not in a vehicle, and was watching his children practice. He called another person to drive him home.

On March 15, Officer First Class McGee spoke to the owner of a dog that was getting into another person’s yard, and told the owner of the dog that a ticket would be issued if the dog was not contained.

Officer First Class McGee and Officer Reinholdt conducted a well-being check March 16 on a woman who had not been heard from for a few days. The woman answered the door, said she was OK and said she would contact the reporting party.

On March 16, Officer First Class McGee was dispatched to East U.S. 60 and Fifth Street for a crash involving a deer, the vehicle involved having been reported as sitting on the side of the road with its hazard lights on. The vehicle was not found.

Officer First Class McGee spoke with a woman on March 16 who said she was having a post-traumatic stress disorder episode and stayed with her until an ambulance arrived to take her for treatment.

On March 16, Officer First Class McGee checked on multiple vehicles sitting at First Baptist Church on West U.S. 60. The drivers were waiting on a church bus that was returning from a concert in Springfield.

Assistant Chief Schwien was dispatched on March 16 to West Second Street for a custody exchange issue. A report was taken for a parent not abiding by a court-ordered custody agreement, and will be filed with county prosecutors for review.

On March 16, Lt. Trenton Roberts spoke to a caller who wanted to know about driving a golf cart on city streets and gave information about the relevant city code.

Officer First Class McGee responded on March 16 to a complaint of loud music coming from Maplewood Court and drove around the area, but could not hear any music. She spoke to a man who was washing his vehicle, and he said it had been him but he’d turned it off.

On March 16, Officer Reinholdt responded to a complaint regarding a father refusing to release a child to the child’s mother. Father and child were not at home when the officer arrived.

Officer First Class McGee delivered three nuisance violation notices on March 16, two on East Seventh Street and one on East Third Street, and informed the property owners know the citywide cleanup would be March 25-29.

On March 16, Officer First Class McGee spoke with a man and woman who were arguing over paperwork for custody exchange. The man said his lawyer advised him to keep his child, but the custody papers specified when the parents would exchange custody. The man agreed to let the mother have the child until the next scheduled exchange, and said he would follow the agreement from then on.

Officer Johnson assisted a motorist on March 16.

On March 17, Officer First Class McGee gave a man a courtesy ride from the police station to his home.

Officer First Class McGee delivered two nuisance violation notices on March 17, one on East First Street and one on Plum Street.

On March 17, Officer First Class McGee was dispatched to Jackson Street for a sick raccoon and euthanized the animal.

Officer First Class McGee was dispatched on March 17 to McDonald’s for a domestic disturbance in progress. Information was taken for a report.

On March 17, a woman reported she lost her child’s medication when picking the child up from the other parent’s house, and wanted to know if the medication had been dropped off at the police department. Officer Reinholdt took the woman’s information in case the meds were dropped off.

Lt. Roberts attempted twice on March 18 to make contact with a man wanted by West Plains police, but was unable to.

On March 18, Lt. Roberts responded to a traffic crash that was blocking the road right at the city limits. A tow truck arrived along with an ambulance, and the scene was cleared.

Cpl. Guidry responded on March 18 to a request for officer assistance made by Mercy St. Francis Hospital emergency room staff due to a patient’s history of violence.

On March 19, Chief Jamie Person gathered information for a report on a traffic crash.

Cpl. Guidry responded on March 19 to a complaint of a semitruck traveling east on U.S. 60 and forcing vehicles off the road, but was unable to find the truck.

On March 19, Cpl. Guidry responded to a possible overdose. A woman was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.

A woman called and spoke to Cpl. Guidry on March 19 about a hotline call she had made to the Division of Family Services regarding a child. She was aware of a visit by DFS staff to the child’s school, and said she would call back and speak with another officer.

On March 20, Sgt. Kaleb Berkshire dropped off police vehicles for transmission service and a tune-up. He also purchased and installed a passenger window switch.

Cpl. Guidry spoke with a youth on March 20 about the improper use of the emergency line.

On March 20, a person was arrested on a warrant, posted bond and was released. Reserve Officer James Wardrip.

Cpl. Guidry stopped a vehicle on March 20 and issued a ticket for failure to show insurance.
