Missouri State University-Springfield men's soccer coach Michael Seabolt has finalized his squad's schedule for the 2026 season, which will feature 12 home events for the Bears.

Missouri State will host an early August exhibition game before playing five of its first six regular-season contests at home. The team's 11 regular-season matches at Betty and Bobby Allison South Stadium will include seven nonconference dates and four American Conference contests.

"We are thrilled with the schedule for 2026 and the opportunity to play 12 times in front of our home fans," Seabolt said. "Thank you to all the administrators and staff at Missouri State for their efforts as we launch the 2026-27 athletic season on campus. We also want to thank our fantastic Missouri State University students, alumni, boosters, and the entire Springfield community. Missouri State men's soccer plays for you!"

The Bears will begin a three-game exhibition slate at home on Aug. 9 against Northwest Arkansas. The team will then travel to Kansas City for a neutral-site match against longtime rival Creighton University on Aug. 11 at Swope Park's Sporting Kansas City complex. The exhibition season concludes on Aug. 15 against in-state foe and 2025 NCAA Tournament participant Lindenwood.

Missouri State opens the regular season with a three-game homestand to close out August. The Bears will host Quinnipiac on Aug. 20, followed by Big Ten Conference stalwart Penn State on Aug. 23 and Chicago State on Aug. 30.

The September slate includes the Bears' only nonconference road game of the year, a Sept. 5 trip to face NCAA qualifier University of California, Irvine. Missouri State will begin American Conference play at home against Florida International University on Sept. 11, marking the team's inaugural Alumni and Soccer Champions Celebration.

The month continues with a home match against another 2025 NCAA Tournament team, Kansas City, on Sept. 16. The Bears will resume conference play on the road against Temple on Sept. 20 before returning home to face South Florida on Sept. 25 and regional rival Central Arkansas on Sept. 29.

In October, Missouri State will play four of its six matches at home. The Bears will host Oral Roberts on Oct. 7 and Tulsa on Oct. 11, sandwiched between American Conference road trips to Memphis on Oct. 3 and defending league champion Florida Atlantic University on Oct. 18. The month concludes with a visit from former Missouri Valley Conference rival Bradley University on Oct. 22 and the home finale against University of Alabama, Birmingham, on Oct. 28.

The regular season wraps up with an American Conference matchup at Charlotte, N.C., on Nov. 1. The conference tournament is scheduled for Nov. 6, 11 and 14 at campus sites.

Seabolt's team is coming off a 6-6-4 campaign in 2025, which saw the club finish 3-3-2 and tie for fifth place in its inaugural season in the American Conference.
