A Mtn. Home, Ark., woman succumbed to injuries suffered in a crash at 11:21 a.m. Sept. 12 on Arkansas Highway 5 near Spring Road in Baxter County, according to the Arkansas State Police.
Tpr. First Class Philip Gonten with Troop I of the state police, Harrison, reported Pamela Foreman, 71, was driving her 2008 Volkswagen south on the highway and the vehicle failed to negotiate a left-hand curve, ran off the right side of the road and struck a culvert.
She was taken to Cox South Medical Center in Springfield for treatment, and her remains were transferred to the Greene County Coroner’s Office, the report shows.
