MOUNTAIN VIEW - Mtn. View City Council members met in regular session July 9 and passed several ordinances, a resolution approving an agreement with the Mtn. View Chamber of Commerce and a code regarding primacy and sewer connection fees paid by the city to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources that needed to be approved.
