Billy D. Parsons, 75, Mtn. View, was not wearing a seat belt when he suffered moderate injuries in a crash at 11:15 a.m. Thursday on U.S. 160 in Taney County just west of the Ozark County line, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
