The Lincoln School in West Plains recently hosted a special guest: Beverly Short. Short, born Bunyard, a proud West Plains High School graduate from the class of 1976, brought her solo performance of “Newlywed Widow” to the delight of her old friends and new fans. “I am delighted to be invited to bring my Solo Performance of “Newlywed Widow” to West Plains and I can’t wait to see all my old friends. Thank you to Crockett Oaks for his enthusiasm in bringing this production to fruition. It has been many years since I’ve been back to West Plains and I look forward to reconnecting with my old friends while making new friends, too!” Beverly shared with a smile.
