Ozarks Healthcare was honored to have West Plains Mayor Mike Topliff and Jim Ramsey from West Plains’ American Legion Post 23 raise the U.S. and Missouri flags over their medical office building. R.D. Reid and Art Carrell from Ozarks Healthcare’s Security and Plant Operations Departments, who are veterans, were also on-hand on Wednesday to help in preparation for the buildings grand opening on Friday.
